A noodle shop in the alley by the Anmyeon market. The dough is rolled and cut by hand, then simmered in a broth of dried pollack and kelp with Taean clams, shrimp, sea squirts and zucchini. The signature is the clam kalguksu, with big dumplings and boiled pork on the side. A handy lunch stop before heading deeper into Anmyeondo.
