A Korean restaurant inside Heyri Village that puts doenjang stew front and centre. The paste starts from a seed doenjang kept going for over 50 years, with Paju's Jangdan soybeans and soy sauce aged three years or more. The doenjang set is the signature, with a thicker gangdoenjang set made with house-fermented cheonggukjang and a soft tofu stew set alongside. A natural lunch stop between gallery visits.
