An anchovy ssambap house on Dongbu-daero in Samdong. The signature Hyangchon Special adds anchovy hoe-muchim, fried anchovy, doenjang stew and grilled rockfish. There is also braised hairtail, a bossam set and grilled tilefish. If anchovy is a stretch, soft tofu stew and doenjang sets are on the menu.
