A bean sprout gukbap house that opens at six in the morning. The rice is poured with hot broth again and again in the toryeom method, so the grains keep their shape. One poached egg comes by default and refills of sprouts and rice are free on request. Many add the house kimchi and blanched squid. Lunch lines form but move fast.
