A sea-squirt specialist on the road between the POW camp and city hall. The bibimbap arrives as a bowl of frozen sea squirt blocks, seaweed flakes and sesame, with rice on the side. Add sesame oil and a bowl of rice, then stir. Many order cod soup and seasoned raw crab alongside.
