A jeotguk-galbi house in the lane beside Yongheunggung, and one of the first names that comes up in Ganghwa-eup after it appeared on Heo Young-man's Baekban Gihaeng. Pork ribs, tofu and vegetables simmer in a clear broth seasoned with salted shrimp. Braised hairtail and stir-fried small octopus are also on the menu.
