The Hanwoo and pork patties are shaped by hand and grilled over charcoal only after you order. The signature is the Hanwoo tteokgalbi daetong set, with rice steamed about 40 minutes in a pressure cooker. Sides include a whelk and bamboo-shoot salad. There are about 50 marked parking spaces.
