Any talk of Damyang tteokgalbi ends up here. The meat is trimmed by knife instead of ground, marinated, then grilled. The owner is a certified Korean food master (No. 82) and the house is said to use Hanwoo cow short rib. A marinade recipe kept for around 60 years is its calling card.
