A small neighborhood bakery making bread and drinks from bamboo, shoots and grain. The bamboo milk and bamboo cake are aged in bamboo tubes. The bamboo cake is said to be sold only in Damyang. The black-sesame pound cake is nicknamed the grandmother cake for its grey, permed-hair look.
