The bakery Daejeon locals take every out-of-town guest to first. Fresh-fried soboro buns and chive buns line the shelves, and people stack trays high on the way to the register. The shop is big and each floor has different breads, so a lap alone takes a while. Plenty of people grab a bag and eat it walking the Eunhaeng-dong lanes.
