A shop in a Sintanjin side street that does only kalguksu, spicy baby octopus and pork trotters. The broth simmers fresh chicken and vegetables for two hours, then comes loaded with clams and chives. Cabbage kimchi refills of two or three rounds are common. Weekends call for an opening-time run.
