Grated-potato dumplings, or ongsimi, simmered with buckwheat noodles. The broth is thick and nutty enough that people compare it to potato soup. Barley rice, young-radish kimchi and shredded radish arrive as standard. The menu also carries potato pancake, cold soy-milk noodles, buckwheat rolls and sorghum cakes. It only opens for lunch, and a queue forms before the 11am start on some days.
