A handmade tofu house on a residential lane in Geodu-ri that says it makes its tofu daily from domestic beans. The star is jjabakjjabak jijim, tofu braised with a generous amount of perilla oil, ordered for two or more. Soft tofu and cheonggukjang are solo-friendly, and summer adds cold soy-milk noodles. One review says two portions of the braise are enough to fill two people.
