A jjimdak shop in the middle of the Old Market chicken alley. Chicken, glass noodles, potato and carrot arrive heaped on one tray in a soy-based sauce, the classic Andong way. Many reviews say the medium is already plenty for two. You choose the spice level, and the "normal" setting is often compared to Shin Ramyun. Boneless and reduced-sauce versions are on the same menu.
