A kalguksu shop on Dowon-ro, close to Yeosu City Hall. Seafood kalguksu and a spicy version are both 9,000 won, with perilla-seed and octopus-dumpling kalguksu on the side. Cold radish-kimchi noodles sell well in summer. City hall staff are said to drop in at lunch. Reviews note generous portions for the price, and the octopus scallion pancake is big.
