Under Geobukseon Bridge, a row of pocha stalls opens onto the harbour. Sit down and the night sea is right in front of you, with Dolsan Bridge and the cable car lights across the water. Seafood is the main thing on the menus, and each stall does it a little differently. Sea-facing seats go first once the sun is down.
