The Seo River loops around a forested peninsula until it draws Korea's outline. To see it you walk a forest trail up to the viewing deck on the Ogangjae cliff. The trail is not short, but it is a pleasant walk. From the deck the line between water and trees is crisp. There is no entrance fee.
