A hanwoo butcher-restaurant filling a whole two-storey building at the Seobu Market entrance. Buy meat at the counter on the left, then pay a table-setting fee in the self-service room next door and grill it yourself. Flower sirloin is the signature, with chuck flap, top blade and tenderloin also on offer. Meals include gomtang, yukhoe bibimbap and hanwoo yukgaejang.
