A pine-lined forest path starts right at the gate. The thousand-year-old temple, said to be founded by the monk Jajang, sits at the foot of Mt. Sajasan. After parking in the yard, you climb a slope past one hall after another. The Jeokmyeolbogung stands at the top. The mountain air feels different here.
