On the second floor of a building right beside the harbor. The signature "Appa" set brings flounder hoe-muchim, stew and grilled fish all at once, with sides like flounder sikhye. It is one fish eaten raw, in broth and over fire. The parking lot is roomy, which helps if you come by car.
