Buckwheat noodles in a reddish broth made with kkujippong and beet. The perilla (deulkkae) makguksu is the signature, with a bibim version too. Sides include pollack stew, boiled pork, buckwheat pancakes and soft tofu. It opens at 8:30am, so breakfast works, and the hall has regular seating and parking out front.
