Thin-sliced hanu beef is rolled around scallion and turned on a concave griddle. Dip it in an orange sauce of fruit and mustard and wrap it with pickled perilla and cabbage kimchi. A doenjang stew with cheonggukjang is cooked in the leftover juices to finish. It is the priciest meal on this list.
