This is a market in the middle of town, linked to the Culture Street. The ground-floor alleys are packed with food stalls, with a big snack lane of cutlets and tteokbokki. Wonju is also known for dumplings, and during the autumn mandu festival the market and the street become one big venue. Upstairs, Miro Art Market has crafts such as keyring and phone case decorating, with murals and photo spots along the lanes. Once you are full, walk over to Gangwon Gamyeong for an evening stroll.
