Cheonghaejin to tower sunset

A day on the main island with no ferries. Start at Jang Bogo's old harbour, pass a period-drama set and a beach of rolling stones, and finish at Wando Tower as the sun drops between the islands.

Walk Cheongsando, rest at Myeongsasimni

Day one you cross by ferry and walk stone-walled lanes to Beom Rock; day two you soak in seawater on the Sinji shore. The most common Wando pairing, and the one people come back happiest from.

Three islands: Wando, Cheongsando, Bogildo

Warm up on the main island, loop Cheongsando by bus on day two, and reach Seyeonjeong on Bogildo on day three. Two ferry rides buy you all three of Wando's islands.
