The garden sprawls along the Taehwa River bank, and the flower beds change colour with the season. Walking and cycling paths follow the water for a long stretch, so a slow stroll suits it. It was designated a national garden in 2019 and costs nothing to enter. Around dusk the light lies across the river and more walkers appear.
