A grassy slope opens onto the sea, with a white lighthouse on the rise. It is counted among the first places on the Korean mainland to see the sunrise, and on New Year’s morning the lawn fills with people waiting for it. The red post box, about five metres tall, is the photo spot, and postcards dropped in it really are delivered. Wander the lawn past the windmill and sculptures with the sea beside you.
