King Sukjong is said to have named this the best pavilion in Gwandong. From the car park a 200 m climb brings you to a floor where the whole horizon opens up. It once stood on the coast at Giseong and was moved here in 1860. A cable car links it with Wangpicheon park below. On windy days, just sitting there listening to the waves is enough.
