About 15 km of gorge from Hawon-ri in Seo-myeon to Haenggok-ri in Geunnam-myeon. Water has carved strange rocks and deep pools into gneiss some two billion years old. The easiest way to take it in is driving Route 36, with the stream running beside the window, and you can pull over at several spots to walk down to the water. Bulyeongsa sits near the far end.
