The mountain rises 458 metres in the middle of Mireukdo. The most walked route climbs from Yonghwasa Temple past Gwaneumsa and Mireukjae Pass to the summit, then comes down by Miraesa Temple and a grassy field back to Yonghwasa. From the top you see downtown and the islands at once, and the summit joins the cable car's upper station, so you can walk only one way. There is no entry fee.
