A regional restaurant built around Tongyeong sea squirt. The signature is meongge bibimbap, seasoned with fish sauce aged about three years rather than chili paste. A row of sea-ingredient bibimbap follows, from sea urchin to clam-soup versions, plus beef-tartare bibimbap and kimchi-stew sets for those who prefer them.
