Paths run through stands of straight, red-trunked Anmyeon pines. Underfoot is a carpet of needles, and even this close to the sea the air is cool and smells of resin. Many guests stay in the forest cabins, but a day walk works too. The Anmyeondo Arboretum sits across the road, so people often do both.
