A Chinese-style dumpling shop on a lane just east of Hwaseong Haenggung. Dumplings are made to order, and the shrimp and pork soup dumplings plus the crisp-bottomed bingwha pan-fried dumplings sell the most. You dip them in black-vinegar soy. The room is small, so large parties struggle, and weekends mean a line from opening. It has been featured on the TV food show Hur Young-man's Baekban Gihaeng.
