An eight-floor mall. At its centre the Starfield Library has shelves climbing from the fourth to the seventh floor, roughly 22 metres high. Entry is free, and every floor has cafés and seats where people settle in with a book. Performances and talks run every week. It is a good indoor stop for rain, heat or deep winter.
