A Baeknyeon Gage (century shop) that has grilled beef intestines for over fifty years in the chicken-street lanes. Beef small intestine, tripe and large intestine go on a stone griddle, and the mixed platter lets you sample several cuts at once. Many finish with fried rice or cold kimchi noodles. By evening a line builds from people done with the chicken street.
