Beside Hwahongmun, this pavilion perches on a rock outcrop above a small pond called Yongyeon. It was built along with the fortress and doubled as a lookout on the wall. The name is usually read as "seek flowers, follow the willows and flowing water." From across the pond the pavilion, the cliff and its reflection stack up like a painting. It is one of the most photographed spots on the fortress.
