From Seoraksan Sogongwon you pass Biryong Falls, then climb stairs to the viewpoint. The early stretch is gentle, but the stairs after Biryong are steep. From the deck you see Towangseong Falls running down a rock face in the distance. The flow thickens the day after rain. The route to the falls itself is closed for rockfall.
