A twisting gold tower, 73.4 m tall. From the observation deck you see Cheongcho Lake, the East Sea, the Seorak peaks and the town at once, and on clear days Ulsanbawi appears together with the sea. At night the tower is lit, and it photographs better from across the lake. The lakeside park and the Seokbong Ceramic Museum are close by.
