A potato-dumpling counter on the ground floor of Jungang Market. The ongsimi are shaped from grated domestic potatoes, chewy, and the perilla-seed broth is nutty. The kitchen is open so you can watch them made. Most tables add a potato pancake, squid sundae or abai sundae. The stall notes its appearances on two Korean food shows, and a line forms at lunch.
