A thirty-year-old jangkalguksu shop in a residential lane of Dongmyeong-dong. Hand-made noodles go into a spicy broth built on gochujang and doenjang. The noodles are 9,000 won, with a clear-broth version, dumpling rice soup and a hand-torn dough option as alternatives. It closes at 3pm on Friday to Sunday and at 7pm on Tuesday to Thursday. A few cars fit out front.
