A large mulhoe restaurant facing Cheongcho Lake with more than 2,000 reviews on Kakao Map. The cold raw-fish soup uses a beef-bone broth, and the pricier haejeon mulhoe adds abalone and sea cucumber. Rice dishes run deep too: sea urchin bibimbap, seop-guk mussel soup and red-crab bibimbap. There is a big private lot out front, and you queue by taking a numbered ticket.
