A hoeguksu shop close to Abai Village, where thin-sliced flounder (sekkoshi, cut with the bones) is piled high on cold noodles. The noodles and the sashimi rice bowl are 12,000 won each, and plenty of tables add squid sundae. It lists a feature on a popular cooking YouTube channel, and it takes waitlist registrations before opening. Parking is free on the open ground in front.
