A pyeongyang naengmyeon institution tucked into the Euljiro backstreets. The signature bowl pairs thick, rough buckwheat noodles with a clean beef broth, and the classic order is grilled bulgogi or galbi first, noodles to finish. It is on the Seoul 100 food list and the Michelin Bib Gourmand list, so foreign visitors come steadily too. It has its own parking lot and valet.
