A Pyongyang-style naengmyeon shop that moved from Hongcheon and Ganghwa to the foot of Sungnyemun. The signature is sunmyeon, noodles of 100% buckwheat milled in-house, in a broth of Ganghwa beef brisket and shank. Bibim and perilla-oil versions and plate dumplings round out the order. It made the Bib Gourmand list within a year of opening.
