A kimchi stew shop in the back lanes of Gwanghwamun that has stuck to one dish for the better part of forty years. Thick cuts of pork neck go into a pot with long-aged kimchi, so the broth is deep and sharp. You order either the stew or stir-fried pork, and many add a rolled omelette. At lunch, office workers from nearby fill the room.
