A tiny vegan spot under a red awning inside Sindang Jungang Market. Every dish starts from a bracken-oil sauce. The bracken-perilla bibim noodles come with perilla powder, chickpea hummus and spicy veggie chili oil, and there is a Taiwanese-style pancake with bracken chili sauce. It won both a Bib Gourmand and a Green Star in 2026.
