A small Korean place deep in a Seochon alley, opened in autumn 2021 on the strength of the owner's Pyongyang-born grandmother's recipes. The beef cold noodle soup uses a high-buckwheat noodle in a clean broth, chewier than classic naengmyeon. Clear mandu soup and crisp fried peppers sell just as fast. It joined the Bib Gourmand list in 2026.
