This island park kept its old water-treatment plant instead of tearing it down. Vines and water plants climb the concrete walls of the settling basins and tanks, so the factory skeleton shows in the middle of the garden. The walk in across Yanghwa Bridge and the railings facing the river are best as the light drops. Entry is free.
