The old oil depot sits on the slope opposite World Cup Stadium. The storage tanks were kept and turned into stages and galleries, with a community building made from reclaimed material beside them. Rusted steel and new glass land in the same frame. The grounds are open to walk even on days with no programme, and event days add a stage and flea-market feel.
