This museum uses the former Belgian consulate, built in Hoehyeon-dong in 1905 and moved here in 1983. Inside the red-brick building you see the permanent Kwon Jin-kyu display and changing shows. It sits right by Sadang Station, so a short visit is easy. The old building has stairs, so check access ahead of time.
