The kalguksu place that has stood its ground in the middle of Myeongdong’s shopping lanes for years. Thin noodles go into a cloudy chicken broth, topped with minced meat and four small dumplings. The kimchi on the side is heavy on raw garlic, and some people come mostly for it. A long line looks worse than it is because tables turn fast. Ask and you get more noodles and broth.
